Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketer with expertise in Google and Facebook platforms to join our ecommerce division. In this role, you will manage and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, acquire new customers, and generate revenue growth. You will also contribute to formulating business growth strategies and optimizing multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Key Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize to achieve target KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Strategy Development
Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies across paid channels.Ensure an efficient, diversified acquisition funnel that drives scalable growth.Channel Optimization
Manage performance across Google, Facebook, organic, direct, and affiliate channels.Optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and acquire new customers efficiently.Analytics & Reporting
Analyze channel performance using KPIs and attribution tools.Conduct A / B testing and generate actionable insights for campaign improvements.Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.Customer Experience
Oversee D2C initiatives, ensuring high-quality customer experiences through on-site and off-site interventions.Focus on key metrics including sales, traffic, engagement, LTV / CAC, and NPS.Innovation & Growth
Develop and implement innovative growth strategies (10X growth ideas) to optimize referral and acquisition funnels.Explore and integrate new performance channels and technologies.Cross-Channel Integration
Maintain an optimal performance marketing channel mix, integrating digital media, offline channels, analytics, and CRM.Manage end-to-end campaigns, including website, app, and content platform operations.What Youll Bring to the Team
Experience & Expertise
2-4 years of performance marketing experience, preferably with a D2C brand or agency.Hands-on experience in ecommerce marketing is highly preferred.Technical Skills
Proficiency with attribution and analytics platforms such as Branch, Adjust, Appsflyer, and Google Analytics.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and consumer behavior to drive actionable insights.Strategic Vision
