We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex embedded hardware projects.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and adhere to budget constraints.

Preferred candidates with prior experience in leading automotive component and system suppliers such as HMCL, Magneti Marelli, Napino, Uno Minda, Amco Batteries, Varroc, Minda, and Continental Automotive.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with engineering teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and risk assessments.
• Manage project dependencies and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering, product management, and other departments.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilisation.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies in embedded hardware development.
