Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Bhiwandi. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure that products are produced on time and within budget. This includes coordinating with different departments, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and troubleshooting any production issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Production Management, Manufacturing Processes, and Quality Control skills
• Stitching and garmenting techniques in ladies woven garments.
• Manage large teams of factory workers
• Line performance analysis according to styles, manpower and machinery.
• Ability to manage 150+ machines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in the garment or fashion industry is a must
