Role Overview

We're seeking a Production Manager who can manage event production, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution. You will be responsible for ensuring every event is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all technical and operational aspects of events, including AV, staging, lighting, branding, and décor.
Develop detailed production plans cost sheets and timelines for each project.
Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for cost efficiency and quality.
Conduct site inspections, manage logistics, and oversee on-ground teams during setup and event days.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance regulations.

Skills & Requirements

Experience : Minimum 5+ years in event production / operations, preferably with exposure to corporate and large-scale events.

Technical Knowledge : Understanding of AV systems, fabrication, stage design, and branding.

Management Skills : Strong vendor management, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Execution : Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Financial Knowledge : Create Bill Of Quantities at the best prices for clients
