Job Summary
This role will report to the Lead, Production Management (INSEAK) & Creative Head (India). This person is responsible for the effective management of the department's daily production workload by ensuring efficiencies exist across Network, Marketing, Digital, and Sales. Overseeing the distribution and tracking of workload across On-air and Off-air, assisting producers in using creative production solutions from conception, scoping, production to final delivery for all platforms (including TX). This candidate will be the key liaison for the day to day deliveries for Marketing, Ad Sales, Digital and Content teams and ensuring production is on Brand, on Brief, within Budget and on Time. This role will oversee the management and troubleshooting of the Production systems and workflows in place. Monthly reporting and analysis of resources utilization and the production budget, are key responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Resource Management, Tracking and Reporting
- Collation and analysis of data from monthly reports, showing breakdown and usage of production resources.
- A thorough understanding of the data is required so as to identifying anomalies and find solutions with utilization and reporting issues
- Monitoring producer and coordinator data entry to ensure accurate reporting
- Monitoring facilities / resource usage to identify resources under / over utilization for escalation
- Monitoring of budget spending and ability to report as required
- Key point of contact for T&O facilities and data systems issues
- Systems Management
- Hands on point person for production systems development and implementation.
- Ensuring systems work efficiently and integrate effectively, minimizing double handling of data and improving overall production management, tracking and efficiency.
- Development and implementation of production processes and its integration with other internal systems .
- Adaption and integration of production workflows with vendors and freelancers
- Familiarity with all systems used by the production team
- Production / Project Management
- Ensuring effective management of the department's daily production workload; covering all stages of production from conception, scoping, to final delivery for transmission, digital and social platforms, marketing collaterals for all platforms including events.
- Assisting the Creative Head (India) with the assignment of workloads and scheduling.
- Troubleshooting – identifying and solving issues, before they impact budgets and delivery schedules.
- Vetting briefs, determining scope and viability while managing the delivering of projects within budget and according to deadlines.
- Monitoring the day-to-day work in progress with the Creative Head, Producers, MO, Presentation / Traffic and Vendors.
- Assisting Creative Head & Leads with the assigning of projects to Producers and Designers.
- Tracking production, enforcing deadlines and escalating issues when required.
- Providing production coordination support to the coordination team when required
- Client Servicing – key liaison for CS / S&P clients for works in progress
- Provide creative production solutions for client requests, ensuring projects are on brief, on brand, on budget and deliverable within requested timeframe
- Managing Client expectations through close communication with the Creative Head, Creative Leads and Producers while ensuring clients keep to agreed deadlines and scope of work.
