Brand Lead – Fragrance Division (Full-Time)

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, business-focused Brand Lead to launch and scale our new-age fragrance brand in India .

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who loves building brands from the ground up, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of the Indian beauty & lifestyle landscape.

You’ll be responsible for driving the end-to-end brand strategy, business growth, and P&L — across both online and offline channels .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the fragrance brand.
• Define brand identity, positioning, communication, and consumer experience.
• Drive sales and profitability across D2C, marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart), and modern trade.
• Build brand awareness through 360° marketing — digital, influencer, PR, and retail activations.
• Manage partnerships with creative, media, and retail collaborators.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with R&D, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Build and mentor a small, high-performing team as the brand scales.
