Role Overview

OMC Medical is seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Sales Manager to lead clinic engagement and product adoption for its newly launched premium aesthetic injectable solutions in Mumbai. This role is pivotal to our India strategy, focusing on high-end aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and cosmetologists. The ideal candidate will combine sales acumen with clinical understanding and relationship-building finesse.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and onboard top aesthetic clinics and practitioners across Mumbai

Drive sales of fat-dissolving and skin booster injectables through consultative selling

Build long-term relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and clinic owners

Maintain territory mapping, visit trackers, and weekly reporting aligned with launch KPIs

Collaborate with marketing team on flyer distribution, CME participation, and digital outreach

Monitor competitor activity, especially generic product circulation, and report insights

Ensure ethical promotion, regulatory alignment, and brand integrity in all interactions

Qualifications & Skills

3–5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or MedTech sales

Strong network within Mumbai’s premium clinic ecosystem

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Clinical understanding of injectables, mesotherapy, and skin protocols preferred

Self-driven, ethical, and aligned with OMC’s compliance first approach

Fluent in English.

Candidates must be comfortable with dynamic schedules, territory mobility, and clinic-level relationship building across diverse aesthetic environments.
