We are seeking an experienced and strategy-driven Digital Media Planner – Manager to lead media planning across channels and campaigns. This role requires strong analytical capability, platform expertise, and the ability to guide internal teams and clients with confidence. You will be responsible for designing data-backed media strategies and ensuring seamless execution and optimisation in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of end-to-end digital media strategies across Meta, Google, Programmatic, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Translate client objectives into actionable, measurable media plans with a clear rationale and budget allocation.
- Manage and mentor a team of planners and analysts, ensuring high-quality output and industry-best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis, audience research, and trend mapping to inform planning decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Insights, and Account Management teams for integrated campaign planning.
- Oversee campaign performance reviews and share actionable insights to enhance efficiency and ROI.
- Maintain strong relationships with platform partners and publishers to evaluate inventory, innovations, and media opportunities.
- Track, report, and present media performance to clients with clarity and strategic recommendations.
- Stay up to date with new technologies, tools, privacy updates, and platform advancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Media, or related field.4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital media planning and execution.Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools including Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, CM360, and programmatic platforms.Experience in leading or mentoring junior team members.Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, or similar.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with global brands or multi-market planning.Exposure to industries like eCommerce, gaming, tech, FMCG, or digital-first brands.Certification in Google, Meta, or Programmatic platforms.
