Advertising Manager

Job description3+ years experience in digital advertising, preferably in a remote or agency setting Proficiency with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Data-savvy with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar Knowledge of current trends in digital advertising and media consumption Fully remote, part-time flexibility (approx. 15–20 hours / week) Competitive hourly compensation Creative freedom within a results-oriented culture A collaborative, global team driven by curiosity and innovation
The Role
The Advertising Manager will be responsible for developing and managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and emerging channels like TikTok and . Duties include campaign planning, budget allocation, copy and creative coordination, A / B testing, and performance analysis. A strong understanding of digital consumer behavior and advertising analytics is essential.
OZRIT emphasized that the ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and a self-starting attitude to a collaborative, fully remote team environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies in real-time

- Conduct market and audience research to inform campaign direction
- Report on campaign performance and ROI to senior leadership
