- Develop the overall approach (In-organic (paid), Organic (user generated) and Hybrid) for the brands presence across various social media platforms with the objective to increase brand visibility, build and increase engagement.
- Has a proven track record that displays a strong creative mindset both in terms of online media and content approach
- Use the platform to connect with the brands target audience amongst consumers and advisors.
- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with external agencies such as the Web Design Agency, Branding Agency, PR Agency & SEO Agency
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Find connect with bloggers, forums, and influencers to work with and lead the outreach program with influencers regularly.
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.

5+ years of managing hands on Social media platforms. Experience in BFSI / Insurance sector would be added advantage.Experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to tweak marketing strategies based on findings.Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideasAbility to create cutting-edge social media and digital marketing content & proofreading abilityExperience with social advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & YouTubeExperience of managing website content will be added advantage.Education : Management graduate from a reputed instituteCertifications : Google certification / Digital Marketing certification preferred
