We are seeking an experienced KYC Project Manager to lead our KYC initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in KYC and project management, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage KYC projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement KYC policies and procedures to enhance the onboarding process.
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage project risks effectively.
- Provide training and support to team members on KYC processes and tools.
- Evaluate and select KYC technology solutions to improve efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
10-18 years of experience in KYC, AML, or related fields.Strong understanding of KYC regulations and compliance requirements in India.Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Proficiency in KYC software and databases.Skills Required
