Job Description :

Project delivery expert ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of agentic AI initiatives while managing risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations in probabilistic environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage AI project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and dependencies.
• Handle non-deterministic AI behavior and outcomes.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies adapted for AI workflows.
• Ensure compliance with AI regulations and ethics.
• Manage stakeholder expectations around AI capabilities.
• Implement governance and risk management Skills Required :
• Understanding of ML algorithms and data science workflows.
• Agile / Scrum methodologies adapted for AI.
• Project management tools : Azure DevOps, Jira.
• AI literacy : model evaluation, CRISP-DM methodology.
• Risk management for AI-specific challenges.
• Stakeholder communication and translation.
• Basic understanding of MLOps Level :
• 5+ years project management.
• 2+ years AI / ML projects.
• PMP, Scrum Master certifications.
• AI / ML training preferred.
