Operational Responsibilities
- Develop and drive process improvements for sales processes and RP management
- Scheduling of zonal wholesales for vehicles based on production plan and sales plan.
- Monitor and maintain optimum inventory levels at RDCs and plan replenishment.
- Managing dealer receivables and payables for sales.
- Drive all processes and ensure adherence for smooth fulfillment of orders.
- Manage and review all data required for effective wholesales planning like stock levels and consumption trends..
- Manage vendors for outsourced processes through KPI tracking and periodic reviews.
Cross-functional Responsibilities
Coordinate with logistics and central planning for order scheduling and dispatch planningIdentify fulfillment process challenges, resolve issues and drive improvements with relevant stakeholders.Work with transformation teams to develop robust systems for central ops processes.Work on swimlane projects to enhance RP and channel efficiency.Team Responsibilities
