Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Receivables Recovery Ececutive to support our finance and operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the closure of pending receivables through proactive communication and follow-ups with students. This is a target-driven, communication-intensive role ideal for individuals who are comfortable with cold calling, confident in negotiations, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage high-volume outbound calls to students for payment follow-ups and collections.
• Engage with students via phone, WhatsApp, and email to ensure timely recovery of dues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and follow-ups using Google Sheets. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues affecting payment closures.
• Meet weekly and monthly recovery targets set by the operations team.
• Build rapport with students while maintaining professionalism in recovery efforts.
• Resolve operational issues and mitigate risks to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Evaluate operational performance and implement enhancements to drive operational excellence.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions.
