Role Purpose
Responsible for managing team of underwriting decisioning analysts, managing the underwriting process, processing applications annually.
Role Accountability
Manage inventory for PAN India applications moving to underwriting queue, ensuring underwriting process accuracy and TAT to maintain portfolio quality and standard customer experienceMaintain requisite levels of quality scores for the teamEnsure resolution of all queries pertaining to deduplication / underwriting from stakeholdersEnsure timely and accurate preparation and publishing of daily / weekly dashboardsIdentify simplification opportunities and drive projects to make existing processes simple and efficientMonitor system changes made for underwriting process , conduct UAT before launch of new products or any changes in system rulesEnsure closure of Sub Processes emanating from underwriting process like Upsell / Downsell / FCU Clarifications by coordinating with the concerned teamEnsure timely implementation of projects aiming towards process improvements, productivity enhancement, and better qualityMonitor VIC & reviewing processes to enhance productivity / save man-hours and eliminate NVA'sEnsure process documentation and compliance adherenceMeasures of Success
