REQUIRED SKILL SET : Process Specialist - Loans Understanding of basic loan terms, including interest rates, repayment schedules, collateral, syndicate agreements, and loan structuring. Capable of analyzing Company Filings and Interpreting the right information to update. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster teamwork. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward process improvements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly. Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing changes to enhance productivity and reduce errors. Proactively flagging risks and bringing them to management's attention, along with potential mitigation strategies. Ability to quickly adapt to changing processes, new systems, and tools to enhance workflow efficiency. Provide ongoing support and training to teams on process and new tools. Strong hold on SLA and Performance management.
