We work on Nursing and Allied roles for clients directly and through VMS / MSP

Future Expansion :

We are acquiring more companies, details of which will be shared upon completion of legal formalities

What You’ll Do

• Own the account for U.S. healthcare clients : manage urgent staffing needs and coordinate placements of nurses, allied, and medical staff.
• Manage client relations and pipeline strategy via VMS / ATS tools.
• Collaborate with offshore recruiters on sourcing, credentialing, onboarding, and placements.
• Track metrics : SLAs, fill / frequency ratios, turn-around time; prepare weekly / monthly updates.
• Ensure compliance : licenses, background checks, HIT tasks; maintain documentation accuracy.

📍 100% Onsite – Gachibowli, Hyderabad

🕦 Shift : 7 : 30 PM – 4 : 30 AM IST (rotational, covers U.S. business hours)
