About the Role :

We are seeking a results-driven and passionate Business Development Manager Video Telematics to drive business growth in the domain of Video Telematics, Dash Cam, ADAS, and DMS solutions. The role involves both strategic and hands-on sales activities, focusing on developing new business opportunities, managing enterprise accounts, and building long-term client relationships in the Fleet (Truck and Bus) telematics sector.

You will play a key role in expanding iTriangles market footprint, leading a team, and contributing to revenue growth through innovative customer engagement and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the Video Telematics and IoT domain across fleet operators, OEMs, and enterprise clients.
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and account management.
  • Promote and sell Video Telematics, Dash Cam, ADAS, and DMS solutions to fleet operators and transportation companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and channel partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans to achieve assigned targets and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction and solution effectiveness.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to guide product development and positioning.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of business executives while also performing as an individual contributor.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for management and client discussions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Be willing to travel extensively across assigned regions for business development and client Qualification :

Bachelors degree or PG Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering is 4 to 10 years of experience in Telematics, IoT, or Technology solutions related to Truck and Bus fleet operations.

  • Mandatory experience in Video Telematics, Dash Cam, ADAS, and DMS solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing enterprise clients.
  • Technical & Domain Knowledge :

  • Strong understanding of fleet operations, telematics systems, and vehicle safety technologies.
  • Familiarity with hardware-software integration in telematics environments.
  • Knowledge of IoT-based connected vehicle solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Skills & Competencies :

  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and at least one regional language; multilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
  • High level of self-motivation, professionalism, and customer orientation.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage client expectations, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business development activities.
