The position involves driving sales across General Trade and Modern Trade channels, managing distributors, expanding retail coverage, leading teams, and achieving regional sales and market share targets. The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with strong on-ground execution to deliver consistent results.

Requirements :

5–10 years of experience in FMCG / personal care sales and distribution.

Proven expertise in GT and MT operations and team leadership.

MBA preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
