Revenue Operations Manager

We're Hiring : Manager – Revenue Operations | Bangalore (Full-Time)

Are you passionate about driving commercial excellence in a high-growth tech environment? We’re looking for a Manager – Revenue Operations to join our team in Bangalore, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and enabling scalable growth.

What We’re Looking For :

• 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, revenue / sales operations, or similar roles—ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• (Preferred) Proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of GTM workflows
• Experience with incentive / commission design, forecasting, and territory management
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and collaborate across teams
