Key Responsibilities
- Pitch and promote visa services to potential customers over phone calls.
- To generate more leads from the people out-called.
- Build rapport with clients and provide tailored travel and visa solutions
- Deliver consultation and end-to-end visa application services.
- Handle immigration-related inquiries professionally and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records and verify client documents and information.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
