Job Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Administration to manage the day-to-day administrative operations at our corporate / site offices. This role requires strong coordination abilities, vendor management experience, and a focus on efficiency and compliance to ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all general administrative functions across corporate and site office locations.
- Ensure proper upkeep, maintenance, and functionality of office infrastructure, premises, and utilities.
- Handle end-to-end vendor management – including procurement, AMC / contracts, negotiations, and payment processing.
- Supervise housekeeping, security services, pantry operations, courier services, and travel desk coordination.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, asset tagging, inventory control, and stock audits.
- Manage office lease agreements, renewals, property insurance, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Organize and support internal events, meetings, visitor protocols, and VIP coordination.
- Maintain and update documentation related to facilities, health & safety, audits, and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of admin budgets, cost optimization strategies, and generate regular MIS reports.
- Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to ensure seamless administration support.
- Implement, monitor, and enforce administrative policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines.
