We are seeking a skilled and ambitious HR professional to join our team as an intern. This role offers exposure to the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in identifying and selecting top talent for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of HR initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve workflows and processes.
Requirements :
Pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Passionate about recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Quick learner, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks.Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
