About the Department
The Human Resources department at TresVista enables our people to catalyze the clients’ impact. The department is responsible for recruitment, managing compensation & benefits, maximizing employee productivity & wellbeing, reviewing performance, enhancing employee lifecycle, and other aspects that affect the firm and its people. Talent Acquisition is a function tasked with chalking out a strategic approach to identifying, assessing, and acquiring skilled employees for meeting organizational needs. Other than recruitment, the team is responsible for employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying the organization’s labor force, and developing a robust candidate pipeline. A multi-faceted role who will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive employee engagement program and performing related duties in line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization.
An Intern in the Ops and Analytics department will be responsible for supporting comprehensive human resource programs and performing related duties in-line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization. The Intern will perform functions such as Operations, Reporting and Analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities :
▪ Managing onboarding formalities
▪ Maintaining and updating all employee records
▪ Ensuring proper implementation of human resource policies and procedures
▪ Generating, preparing, and analyzing various reports for stakeholders on a timely basis
▪ Managing HR Operations and Processes like Pre-joining (medical and background checks), Post-joining, Supporting employee life cycle process
Prerequisites :

▪ Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
