Job descriptionAct as the primary point of contact for prospective clients through the sales journey. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Provide personalized consultation to clients regarding services, packages, and offerings. Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Convert qualified leads into sales by understanding client needs and showcasing company offerings. Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person), presentations, and follow-ups to close deals. Maintain lead pipeline and track interactions using Excel or tool. Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients through the sales journey. Work closely with internal departments (planning, creative, production) to develop proposals and quotes. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales pitches with current campaigns. Gather feedback and insights from clients to improve service offerings. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and feedback. Provide weekly / monthly sales reports to the management team. Assist in developing pricing strategies and market positioning based on client trends. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. Fresher - 2 years of proven experience in sales, client servicing (preferably in luxury weddings, hospitality, or lifestyle services). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Highly organized, target-driven, and proactive in approach. Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms. Professional grooming and a client-facing personality. Work with high-profile clients and luxury events.
