About Xshore

Xshore helps North American private equity, real estate, and property management companies build offshore teams in India. We provide cost savings, operational efficiency, and a fully managed offshore experience—handling everything from office setup and hiring to integration and reporting.

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Associate to generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and initial prospect engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily to targeted prospects (founders, partners, principals, CFOs, and decision-makers at PE firms, family offices, and property management companies).
  • Effectively communicate Xshore’s value proposition, focusing on offshore talent solutions in real estate accounting, finance, and operations.
  • Identify pain points of prospects and qualify them for potential business fit.
  • Schedule introductory meetings and demos for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to ensure conversion from interest to booked calls.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach scripts and strategies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in cold calling / outbound sales / lead generation , preferably in B2B or services.
  • Strong communication skills in English with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives.
  • Proven ability to handle objections and persistently follow up with prospects.
  • Comfortable with high activity targets (100+ calls daily).
  • Basic understanding of real estate, private equity, or outsourcing models is a plus.
  • Experience using CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
