Responsibilities Will Include :
- Understand project commercials and manage project costs effectively
- Prepare budgets and resource profiling
- Monitor actual cost / hours against budgets, including earned value analysis
- Prepare agreements, change control notes, and invoices
- Follow up with internal clients for approvals on change controls, invoices, etc.
- Create and submit weekly / monthly progress reports
- Support the Project Manager in Business Management System activities
- Understand and enhance dashboards using Power BI with the digital team
- Assist the Project Manager in daily tasks as needed
- Maintain proper storage of project data and ensure standardized use of templates across similar projects
- Contribute to process improvement through automation and digital delivery practices
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
