Job description

We're seeking an experienced Installation Engineer to oversee the installation of electrical DC and AC systems for our solar plant projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of

experience in solar plant installation and will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Install and commission electrical DC and AC systems, including :
MMS (Mounting Structures) and module installation
Inverter and transformer installation
33 kV transmission line (TL) and bay work
SEM (Substation Equipment Management) and electrical equipment installation
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
Collaborate with project teams to ensure project timelines are met
Conduct quality checks to ensure installation meets specifications

Requirements :

3-5 years of experience in solar plant installation, with a focus on electrical DC and AC systems

Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and solar plant design

Experience with electrical installation, including MMS, inverters, and transformers

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments

Preferred Skills :

Experience with solar plant installation software and tools

Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards, such as IEC and IEEE

Experience with testing and commissioning of electrical systems

Strong attention to detail and quality focus
