Role Overview
As the Manager – GTM (Go-To-Market) Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance the engagement and retention of our existing customer base. This role will work closely with the Customer Success (CS) team to create scalable processes, tools, and marketing interventions that improve client satisfaction, drive renewals, and optimize the customer journey. You will lead the Deal Desk function for existing clients, own the Goodera Knowledge Center for CS enablement, design lifecycle marketing campaigns, and support adoption of tools like HubSpot. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and a passion for customer success.
