UI / UX Designer

About the Role : We are seeking a talented UX Designer with 3–4 years of experience designing intuitive, user-friendly web-based and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of user-centered design principles, can translate complex requirements into simple and elegant solutions, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their integration into the design workflow will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to inform design decisions.
Design end-to-end experiences across web and mobile platforms, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity UI.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
Apply usability testing, feedback loops, and data-driven insights to refine and optimize designs.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while innovating user-friendly interactions.
Stay updated with industry trends, especially in AI, design systems, and emerging UX practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of professional experience as a UX Designer working on web and mobile applications.

Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects (web and mobile).

Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools preferably Figma.

Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows.

Strong communication skills to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of AI tools and their role in design workflows (e.g. AI assisted ideation, content generation, or research).

Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.

Familiarity with HTML / CSS basics to collaborate effectively with developers.
