• Role Requirements
• They need for candidates with both strong Workforce Management (WFM) experience and intermediate-to-advanced SQL skills, including data manipulation and analysis.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and handling large datasets; Python or other query languages are a plus but not mandatory.
• The right fit for the role is a candidate with strong experience in workforce management (WFM), intermediate to advanced SQL skills, and the ability to perform data manipulation and analysis on large datasets.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience in forecasting (both long-term and short-term), capacity planning, and generating operational insights from data.
• Profiles from data analyst, business analyst, or analytics backgrounds are acceptable if they also have relevant forecasting and capacity planning experience; Python or other query languages are considered a plus.
• WFM-specific knowledge can be upskilled if the candidate is strong in data analysis and forecasting.
