Job Title : Planning Specialist – Professional Learning

Location : Bangalore

Shift : 5 : 30 PM – 2 : 30 AM IST (US Shift)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Planning Specialist to support our Professional Learning (PL) team. This role involves creating customized PL plans and presentations, coordinating with U.S. teams, and ensuring educators and school leaders receive timely, engaging, and data-driven training materials.

Key Responsibilities

Create and adapt professional learning presentations using PowerPoint / Canva.
Research and gather insights from CRM systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, Domo).
Ensure presentations align with district goals and implementation plans.
Apply adult learning principles to make sessions engaging and effective.
Maintain brand consistency in all presentations.
Provide timely decks to Professional Learning Specialists.
Support updates and revisions to Professional Learning Plans.
Collaborate with U.S. teams during overlapping hours.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Design, Communications, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in a similar role (experience with U.S. teams / customers preferred).

Strong skills in PowerPoint and Canva (mandatory).

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Good research, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to analyze data and tailor content for different audiences (teachers, principals, district leaders).

Prior experience supporting SaaS / EdTech platforms preferred (not mandatory).

Nice to Have

Experience managing service appointments or coordinating field teams.
