Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Consultant to partner with organizations in solving complex human resource challenges. In this fully remote, flexible role, you'll provide expert guidance to improve HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and align HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement tailored HR solutions to meet specific organizational needs
  • Support initiatives in organizational development, talent management, and performance improvement
  • Conduct HR audits, assess compliance, and recommend actionable improvements
  • Stay current with HR trends, labor laws, and best practices to provide informed, forward-thinking advice

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a senior HR leadership role
  • Deep expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
