Intelizign - Teamcenter Solution Architect / Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement Teamcenter solutions based on business requirements.
• Analyze client processes and provide PLM solution recommendations to optimize operations.
• Develop and maintain Teamcenter customizations using ITK, RAC, BMIDE, SOA, and other relevant technologies.
• Design and implement integrations with CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Configure workflows, lifecycles, and business rules to align with organizational processes.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead solution architecture design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Teamcenter developers and consultants.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, integration, and production environments.
• Implement PLM best practices, governance frameworks, and data management strategies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
• Stay updated with the latest Teamcenter releases, PLM trends, and industry best practices.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, technical presentations, and RFP :
• 5 to 12 years of experience in Teamcenter development, consulting, or solution architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter ITK, RAC, BMIDE, SOA, and related Teamcenter tools.
• Expertise in Teamcenter administration, configuration, and customization.
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD systems (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of PLM processes such as BOM management, change management, document management, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, databases (Oracle, SQL Server), and web technologies.
• Experience in solution design, system implementation, and deployment for medium to large-scale projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team / Plus Skills :
• Teamcenter Active Workspace (AW) experience.
• Experience with cloud-based PLM deployments (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of PLM digital transformation initiatives and Industry 4.0 trends.
• Certifications in Teamcenter or PLM technologies.
