Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer (0-3 years experience) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals passionate about IT hardware, desktop, and network support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day hardware & desktop support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Support OS installation, software configuration, and patch updates.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Assist in setting up user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for escalated issues.
- Maintain IT inventory (hardware / software) and ensure proper documentation.
- Support routine data backups and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Provide timely technical assistance and ensure minimal downtime.
What Were Looking For :
