System Administrator

Job Description

Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and supporting our internal systems, networks, and infrastructure while ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT equipment.

Provide first-level support to internal teams for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Install and configure operating systems, software, and printers.

Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware / software faults.

Maintain system performance through routine maintenance, upgrades, and patches.

Assist in maintaining backup systems and disaster recovery plans.

User account management (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).

Maintain documentation of systems and processes.

Requirements

Key Skills Required :

Basic knowledge of Windows / Linux OS administration

Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN / WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP)

Understanding of system security and data backup / recovery

Ability to install and configure hardware / software

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
