Position Title : Software Engineer 3 (Martech / AdTech)

Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities :

Design and develop scalable Martech / AdTech solutions across web, mobile, and backend systems

Build and integrate APIs to support campaign delivery, personalization, and tracking

Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver reliable and performant ad & marketing experiences

Implement targeting and measurement capabilities using first- and third-party data

Contribute to the architecture and technical roadmap of the Martech / AdTech stack

Ensure security, compliance, and data quality across integrations and data flows

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to latency, delivery, and data consistency

Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and platform capabilities (e.g. DSPs, DMPs, CDPs)

Support experimentation, A / B testing, and audience segmentation infrastructure

Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Technical Skills :

8-12 - years of experience in software development

Hands-on experience with AdTech or Martech platforms (DSP, DMP, CDP, CRM, tracking tools, etc.).

Proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).

Experience with data integration, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (GCP / AWS / Azure).

Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
