About the Role

The Senior Platform Engineer is a key technical leader responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing platform services that support critical data workloads. This role blends platform architecture with hands-on engineering — focusing on performance, security, automation, cost-efficiency, and a stellar developer experience. Working within agile teams, this engineer collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, data, and product stakeholders to advance platform capabilities and align infrastructure with business strategy.

This position plays a crucial role in enabling operational excellence, innovation, and strategic growth through robust platform solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy platform services to improve performance, security, and cost optimization
• Enhance and maintain infrastructure to efficiently handle core data workloads
• Collaborate across engineering, data, and product teams to expand platform capabilities
• Build automation pipelines to support deployment and developer experience at scale
• Ensure the security and resilience of platform architecture and implementation
• Work within Agile frameworks to streamline platform engineering and delivery
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and support strategic technology initiatives
• Participate in platform lifecycle planning, observability, and cost management
