Workday Integration Consultant

Job Title : Workday Engineer.

Location : Remote.

Duration : 3 months, contract (potential to hire).

Interview : 2 rounds.

Job Summary :

The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Workday and various external systems.

This includes troubleshooting of the issues reported by the HRIS / business users.

This position will closely work with HRIS and business users to understand the requirements and translate those into scalable integration solution.

This role requires strong understanding of Workday integration technologies, analytical skills in fast paced environment.

Candidate Technical and Skills Profile :

Key responsibilities :

• Own Workday Integrations and Reports (10%).
• Requirement Gathering, Design, build, implement and support Workday integrations using EIBs, Connectors and Workday studio (40%).
• Build custom reports and APIs (REST and SOAP) (10%).
• Document the requirement, integration design and solution (10%).
• Design and build security groups for integration and reports (5%).
• Ensure securities are accurately provisioned for the reports / users (5%).
• Perform unit testing and support QA testing (10%).
• Ensure data exchanged with the third-party is secure and compliant (5%).
• Work closely with the HRIS and business users to understand the paint points (5%).
