Cloud HCM Talent Management Lead Consultant

Experience : 8+ years (with minimum 4+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management modules)

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations focused on Talent Management modules (Performance, Goals, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Review).
- Partner with client HR and IT stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Oversee requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing activities.
- Ensure system configurations follow best practices and align with business objectives.
- Provide functional leadership across project phases design, build, validation, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and reporting requirements.
- Manage quarterly Oracle release assessments, testing new features, and recommending relevant enhancements.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and functional team members.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare detailed functional documentation.
- Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction metrics are consistently met.
Required Skills and Experience :
8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, including minimum 4 years in Oracle Cloud Talent Management.Proven expertise in Performance Management, Goal Management, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Review.Strong understanding of Core HR, Workforce Structures, and Security.Experience in managing full project lifecycle implementations and upgrades.Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide effective Oracle HCM Cloud-based solutions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Oracle Cloud certification in HCM or Talent Management preferred(ref : iimjobs.com)
