About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to align with business requirements and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.
• Conduct system testing, data validation, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Support Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements, upgrades, and new releases.
• Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, MD50s, and user guides.
• Work closely with technical teams for integration and reporting requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and new feature rollouts.

3. Benefits (Plan setup, Enrollment, Rates, Eligibility, and Life Events)

Good to Have :

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
