AEM Guides Support Specialist
Summary
You'll support and maintain our Adobe Experience Manager Guides (AEM Guides) platform for clients. You'll troubleshoot issues, work with development teams to improve features, document and train users, and help ensure smooth operation of AEM Guides and its integration with the broader AEM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for AEM Guides : troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Work with development teams to implement and optimize Guides features.
- Create and maintain user documentation and guides.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for users.
- Monitor system performance and proactively manage potential issues.
- Apply advanced techniques like custom workflows, caching strategies, and optimize JCR queries for large data sets.
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and tailor solutions.
- Stay up to date with best practices and developments in AEM and AEM Guides.
Qualifications
Proficient in Java / J2EE.10+ years of software development experience, with 2-3 years working specifically with AEM Guides.Solid experience with AEM (including Sites and Assets modules).Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in training and documentation.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Preferred Skills
Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, and other modules.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologies.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.Skills Required
