Job descriptionPlan, create, and manage high-performing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, including budget allocation, bid strategies, and audience targeting. Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant analytics tools. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging. Conduct A / B testing and data-driven experiments to improve campaign performance. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices for performance marketing. 1+ years of experience managing Google & Meta Ads campaigns. Proven track record of driving growth for D2C brands. Strong understanding of PPC, social media advertising, and performance marketing metrics. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and take actionable insights. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
