Role & responsibilities
- Anchor and manage Financial Management Information System for the organization including P&L and other Business Dashboards
- Development, Automation and Publishing of all Business, Operations and People related MIS for the organization
- Partner with various internal business stakeholders for discussion relating to various financial parameters as well as ad-hoc analysis
- Budgeting, Forecasting and Provisioning for Income and OPEX
- Strict and timely monitoring of P&L and Balance Sheet lines to ensure regular granular tracking of stated business outcomes
- Drive expense management and analytics through deep understanding of cost booking processes and systems
- Continuously improve and simplify expense allocation methodology across departments
- Design and institutionalize systematic OPEX dashboards and MIS
