Roles and Responsibilities :
- Achieve given AUM and Revenue targets
- Responsible for mentoring, monitoring and driving the regional sales team to achieve the sales numbers through Partner Alliances - IFA, Franchisee, Remisier Channel. Engage and influence them to sell MF, PMS, PE, AIF, Unlisted Shares, Equity Advisory Products, Insurance, Direct Equity and Bonds .
- Conduct seminars for the Franchisees and their clients on different products.
- Maintain relationships with the existing network of Partners Alliances - Franchisees & IFAs
- Recruit potential new IFAs and Franchisees.
- Manage, recruit and drive the regional sales team for meeting efforts and performance targets.
- Ensure highest servicing standard for IFAs and Franchisees in the areas of sales support, query resolution, product training and client seminars
- Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit etc with the help of products & training team.
Candidate Profile
8+ Years in sales of Equity Broking & investment products (Mutual Funds, PMS) through IFA & Franchisee channel.Team handling experience : NeededDomain Knowledge : Understanding of market pulse, trade knowledge, understanding of the indirect channelIT Skills : MS Office and Business Intelligence Applications.Skills Required
