Tesseract Learning, a leader in digital learning catering to global customers, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to help drive our expansion efforts in India and globally for the KREDO Learning Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategies for growth, building strong relationships and managing the sales cycle from initiation to close in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source new business opportunities and qualified leads through cold emailing / calling and social media outreach, etc.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and networking initiatives in target international markets.
- Research and build a robust pipeline of potential clients in learning technology domains.
- Initiate conversations with key decision makers, understand their challenges and requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - from initiation to closure by working closely with CXO level stakeholders
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Prepare sales presentations, RFP responses and pricing proposals, as required.
Qualifications :
New Business Development and Lead Generation skillsAt least 2-3 years of work experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales / BD role.Experience in selling SaaS products / software solutions is preferred along with working in international markets.Understanding of eLearning and / or HR technology landscapes internationally would be preferable but not mandatory.Account Management and Client Relationship skillsAbility to independently run and manage sales cycles end-to-end.Good communication and interpersonal skills along with goal-oriented with a hunter mentality.Comfortable dealing with CXO level stakeholders.Education :
Any Bachelor's degree or a degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent fields.
