Role Description

An Architect with min 8 -10 yrs experience with flare for Design Management & Project Management. This is a full-time role for a Design & Project Coordinator. As a Design & Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for an upcoming 1.2 Mn Sqft - 650 Beded Hospital Project and 2.75 Lac sqft IT Building at Chandigarh-Mohali - design coordination, managing project timelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Previous Experience of working on a Hospital Project will be an added advantage

Responsibilities :

To coordinate design on diversified nature of projects

Drive Pre-construction design process and ensuring the required designs & drawings are released by respective consultants.

Architect shall Interface with a multi discipline project teams, advise the team and fully integrate and coordinate all disciplines.

The position shall take up challenges of defining unknowns, challenge Design basis and provide optimum solutions to Integrate latest technology in each discipline.

He / she shall develop design brief, appoint best in class consultants, coordinate design process for each discipline required for the project

Detail-oriented and dedicated to meeting deadlines

Previous experience in design project coordination or related roles

Knowledge of design principles and processes

Education :

B.Arch / M.Arch - from a recognised Architecture college

Location : Delhi / NCR

Travel : Sites across India
