Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive

Project Coordinator

with a minimum of

1 year of experience

in solar or related EPC industries. The role requires someone who understands how solar projects function end-to-end and can coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the

central point of coordination

between internal teams : Government Liasoning, Design, Procurement, Accounts and execution.

Track and maintain

project schedules, deliverables and milestones .

Ensure timely updates and reporting to senior management on project progress.

Follow up with respective departments for

status updates, documentation, and approvals .

Assist the project team in preparing

MIS reports, trackers and dashboards .

Coordinate with external stakeholders (vendors, consultants and government authorities) as needed.

Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them to management proactively.

Support project managers in ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Maintain

organized records

of project documents, approvals and communications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in

Engineering, Project Management, or related field .

Minimum

1 year of experience

in project coordination in Solar.

Good understanding of

solar project lifecycle

– from design to procurement, execution, and commissioning.

Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.

Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ; exposure to project management tools is an advantage.

Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
