This role focuses on driving sales for Floorzy Makeover for Concrete Floor Overlay coating for Industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and achieve revenue targets in new and existing markets.
- Market Penetration : Identify, approach, and convert prospective customers in unfamiliar territories while establishing the brands presence.
- Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team to meet or exceed sales projections, addressing performance gaps through root cause analysis and actionable solutions.
- Customer Relationship Building : Foster trust with new customers, leveraging unique selling points (USPs) to differentiate from competitors.
- Competitive Analysis : Analyse market competitors, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
- Lead Generation & Conversion : Estimate lead potential in new territories, set realistic conversion ratios, and address common challenges in converting leads into customers.
- Technology Utilization : Use IT tools to monitor and enhance team performance, streamline processes, and drive data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications
