What You'll Do
As our HR & Admin Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our team. You'll shape the employee experience, strengthen our culture, and ensure smooth operations across the organization.
Your role will include :
People & Culture
- Lead HR strategy and align it with business goals.
- Drive a culture of performance, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Act as a key advisor to leadership on HR best practices and labor laws.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment - from sourcing top talent to onboarding them with a smile.
- Lead recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, with a strong focus on IT hiring across frontend, backend, QA, implementation, and product teams.
- Promote employer branding and build talent pipelines for critical roles
- Build and drive employee engagement programs, performance management, and learning initiatives.
- Nurture a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Ensure HR policies, payroll, and compliance run seamlessly
HR Operations & Automation
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).Oversee HRIS management, attendance, leave, payroll, and compliance.Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes.Performance & Learning Management
Design and drive the performance appraisal system through OKRs / KRAs.Identify training needs and oversee learning and development programs.Support career development initiatives and internal mobility.Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan and implement employee engagement activities and surveys.Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures with empathy and compliance.Foster a diverse, inclusive, and positive work environment.Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).Maintain HR documentation, audit reports, and statutory filingsAdmin & Operations
Manage day-to-day office administration — facilities, procurement, and vendor coordination.Organize company events, celebrations, and offsites that bring our culture to life.Oversee compliance, audits, and operational excellence in every detail.What You Bring
Minimum 6-10 years of progressive HR & Admin experience in IT / SaaS / product companies.A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.Proven experience in IT hiring across multiple technical domains (frontend, backend, QA, product, and implementation).Great communication and interpersonal skills — you're approachable, empathetic, and organized.A proactive, solution-driven mindset — you make things happen, not wait for them.In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HRMS systems.Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.Experience working in a high-growth startup or product-based environment is a plus.Preferred Tools & Tech Exposure
Familiarity with any HRMS tools like Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, BambooHR, or in-house HRMS systems.Hands-on with tools like Excel, Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS platforms.Why You'll Love Working at SkizzleHR
